Barbara is a consultant with the International Trade Branch, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade. She advises Ontario manufacturers in exporting their products or services to the United States and abroad. Prior to international trade, Barbara was a consultant with the Investment, Marketing and Sales Division where she was part of a team who promoted the benefits of Ontario to off-shore investors interested in expanding their business. Her work with the provincial government started in the Policy Division.

Barbara Vink received her Bachelors degree in Marketing from the Ryerson University.
