Richelle is a current graduate from the International Business Management post graduate program at Georgian College, and is currently working towards her CITP certification. As part of the postgraduate program Richelle completed a 4 month internship with the Council of Great Lake Governors & Grow Trade Consulting Trade Offices where she was given the great opportunity of being introduced to OWIT. Richelle previously attended the University of Guelph and obtained a Bachelor of Arts, Honours majoring in History.

Richelle is currently working with Global Performance & Learning at Scotiabank.

As part of OWIT Richelle is responsible for the social media portfolio and raising awareness about upcoming events and the groups mandate.
