Bio: A professional Sales and Leadership Coach with Southwestern Consulting, Cristina believes that a servant salesperson is the way to help sales professionals accomplish their goals and dreams in life. Her supportive personality and ability to connect on a human level have been crucial to her success in both personal and professional environments. Some of her strengths include skills and habits development, identifying and implementing measurable plans of execution and leadership development.

Cristina is known for bringing incredible value and supportive accountability, compassion and empathy. Her understanding approach helps clients feel supported, while building with them achievable action plans to accomplish and exceed their goals. Cristina’s mission is to help everyone she works with reach their full potential in life.

Prior to becoming a coach with Southwestern Consulting, Cristina built her own Coaching and Direct Sales business, with customers and team members across 3 countries (United States, Brazil & China), providing them with product training, healthy living classes, marketing strategies, mentoring and coaching. She also launched her online course and e-book on healthy living and positive mindset.

In the corporate world, Cristina has worked for organizations such as 3M, C-Mac, Texas Instruments and Global Lounge Network, always in the Human Resources area.

Cristina holds a degree in Psychology from Universidade São Francisco and is a Certified Life and Professional Coach and Positive Coach from SBC (Sociedade Brasileira de Coaching), as well as a Specialization Course on Applied Positive Psychology from Pennsylvania State University.
